- Strep-Tactin™ 4Flow™ high capacity is a resin for purification of strep-tagged proteins via affinity chromatography
- Product is optimized for column-based use and suitable for HPLC/FPLC
- Recommended for all protein classes due to the broad pH compatibility, excellent pressure stability, outstanding target purity (>95%), and high binding affinity
- 4% crosslinked agarose beads coupled to Strep-Tactin™ for straightforward purification of proteins with Strep-tag™II or a Twin-Strep-tag™
- Targeted elution: no tedious titration steps required and multiple regeneration cycles possible
- Ideal alternative for proteins that are difficult to elute from Strep-Tactin™XT 4Flow™ resins
- Biotinylated proteins also bind to Strep-Tactin™ 4Flow™ high capacity and need to be blocked using BioLock
